You represent and warrant that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content on our website and in our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, reports, and software, is the exclusive property of Glastenb Materials Ltd or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or license any content without our prior written permission. Testing reports and analysis documents provided to you are licensed for your internal use only and may not be shared publicly or with third parties without explicit authorization.
Services are provided on a project basis. Pricing will be quoted prior to commencement of work and will be binding upon written acceptance. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless alternative payment terms are agreed in writing.
The scope of our services is limited to that expressly detailed in our written agreement or quote. Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments.
You are responsible for providing all necessary samples, materials, and documentation required for testing. We may refuse or return samples that are unsafe, improperly prepared, or lack necessary identification. Samples will be stored for 30 days from completion of testing unless otherwise agreed.
Our testing procedures comply with applicable Canadian standards, building codes, and international best practices. Testing results are valid only for the specific samples submitted and cannot be applied to other materials or batches without additional testing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glastenb Materials Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our testing and analysis. While we take reasonable care in our work, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of all test results.
You acknowledge that testing results should be considered as one factor in your decision-making process and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification where appropriate.
We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
Information you provide during service engagement will be used solely for the purposes of providing testing and consulting services unless you provide additional consent. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your express written permission, except as required by law or professional obligations.
